🧾 Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Must be initiated on the same working day the product is delivered.
3. Returned in the exact condition it was received — including any outer packaging, seals, and labels.
   

Please note: Once a product is opened or used, it will no longer qualify for a return or refund, due to health, hygiene, and product integrity concerns.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Ship the Product Back
Return the item to our Office address, ensuring it is safely packed to avoid damage during transit. Shipping must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise advised.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria (unopened and undamaged), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
